Ashley Wagner was conceived on May 16, 1992, in Heidelberg, Germany. Ashley spent her teenage years hanging around older girls. This affected her self-esteem as she believed they were older, and, in her view, prettier, than her. Ashley describes her teenage self as a "hot-mess". Ashley's mother enrolled her into training in modeling classes to help her gain more confidence. Ashley considered becoming a fashion model for a profession. Ashley was told she was not tall enough to become a model. Then she thought about being a psychologist or even a lawyer. Ashley has convinced her parents she should attend a private college that had a psychology as well as a law school. Ashley had previously worked as a waitress before. Ashley has said she'd like to do future films as a Bondgirl Wonder Woman or even an actual superhero.
